An article from my order is damaged. What do I have to do?

It is very unpleasant that you did not receive your order in perfect condition. We kindly ask you to contact us in order to manage this problem and take care that you will receive a perfect working article as soon as possible. This can happen for example by sending you back a substitutive component or, if this is not possible, by sending you a new product. Do you have any other suggestion? Please let us know.
