How can I cancel an order?

If you have already paid we recommend you to call us at this telephone nº: 0031 543 473 923 in order to cancel the order. If your order is not yet packed we can quickly cancel it and return to you the amount you have paid. Of course you can use our contact form too, to communicate that you want to cancel an order, but please note that e-mails may not be immediately read. Especially in busy periods it could happen that your request of cancellation is noticed a little later, and we can not cancel your order anymore because it has already been prepared for shipping or is already in transit. If your order is not yet paid it does not matter the way you communicate your request of cancellation because if the payment is not received we do not start to prepare the order for shipping.
