I did receive the e-mail with tre tracking number(s), but I can not follow my parcel(s). How is it possible?

You can follow your shipping from the moment that it is scanned at the first deposit. Most of the time is possible to follow the parcels from 10 P.M., but sometimes can happen that you can start to follow your order a bit later (or earlier). It depends on when the courier come to pick up the container where your parcel(s) is(are) placed. If you follow your shipping the next working day you will clearly see if your parcels are in transit. If you see on your screen the notification that your shipping is not yet registered in the database it can be that your parcel is not yet scanned. If not, or if there is something that is not clear, you can contact us, so we can figure it out for you.
