Exchange or returns

  • Notify Obelink.co.uk within 30 days of receipt of your purchased item(s) via email with the return form.
  • If you find your items(s) to be faulty then please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the nature of the fault. We can then take the appropriate action to sort out the replacement or repair as necessary.
  • First you need to obtain a return number from the helpdesk.
  • You will receive that return number by filling out the return form completely and sending it to us . An email will be sent to you in one till two working day with your return number and more information.
  • Take care with the packaging of an article. Important is that the item unused must be returned in complete, clean and unused condition in the original packaging. Package the return items in a carton to prevent damage during transport.
  • All returns must be sent postage prepaid to us.
